Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for an experienced and passionate Advanced Instructor to join our Training Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare training facilitating simulation-based learning and assessing participants clinical competencies and performance.

• Conduct classroom lectures practical skills sessions simulation-based training case discussions megacode scenarios and competency assessments.
• Assess participants knowledge practical skills clinical decision-making teamwork communication and adherence to established resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for healthcare professionals.
• Conduct skills assessments simulations and competency evaluations in accordance with established training standards.
• Participate in course scheduling instructor allocation and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of training delivery and participant experience.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare clinical practice or training.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing Medicine Paramedicine Emergency Medical Services or another relevant healthcare discipline.
• Current instructor certification from a recognized organization such as AHA HSI/ASHI NAEMT Highfield or another approved resuscitation organization.
• Strong teaching presentation communication and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct simulation-based training skills assessments and competency evaluations.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively assess and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Professional confident and engaging approach to training delivery.
