ADVANCED FACIALIST - HYDRAFACIAL & AESTHETICS

LOCATION: Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)

START DATE: 01 August 2026 / ASAP

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Sunday
• Shifts on rotation
• 48 hours per week scheduled
• 1-day off per week
• Annual Leave (after 12 months of employment)

CONTRACT: 2-years (including probation period & annual leave)

REPORT TO: Spa Manager / Operations Manager

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

• Basic Salary per month (BOE) AED 8000
• Commission earned on Services rendered & retail sold
• Company Housing for 3x months upon joining
• Private-Housing allowance in addition to salary / Option to stay in Company Housing (after 3-month join)
• Recruitment flights (joining & end of contract)
• Visa (Business & Employment)
• Government medical

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Valid Passport for traveling at the time of application
2. International DIPLOMA achieved in Somatology / Dermal Aesthetics / Advanced Somatology or Cosmetology
3. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP etc - accreditation
4. International employment experience is preferred - either in the UAE / ME or Cruise Ship
5. Skilled & confident to perform all standard BEAUTY & SKINCARE services required in addition to:
   - Perform detailed Skin Analysis & Treatment Planning Protocol
   - HydraFacial
   - LASER Hair Removal
   - Micro-needling
   - Advanced Facial Treatment
   - Waxing (Face & Body)
6. Ability to communicate with proper grammar in English
7. Excellent customer services skills.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Ability to consult with clients on a face to face basis.
10. Highly motivated and energetic individual.
11. Ability to learn all services required in Salon/Spa and continue to develop your skills with company training and refresher training & workshops.
12. Knowledge of trends in Skin Care & Ingredients
13. Retail sales experience
14. Provide expert professional facial and beauty services
15. Prior managerial experience is highly beneficial
16. Strong team dynamic & colleague collaboration
