Business Development Support
- Prepare business proposals and investment decks.
- Conduct high-level market research on hospitality and F&B trends to inform business decisions.
- Assist in determining emotional connection between F&B brand & property opportunities to develop the optimal brand application.
- Support the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure ensuring timely handover to the project team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with business development goals.
- Manage documentation meeting agendas minutes and follow-ups.
- Work closely with external partners including architects designers and consultants.
Brand Support
- Key point of contact for the F&B brand team based in Paris with the HQ in Dubai.
- Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines and concepts throughout all existing and newly developed assets.
- Assist in creatively adapting existing brands for new markets.
- Participate in the workshops to support the development of commercial assets.
Support the creative experiences and project developments of F&B brands :
- Participate in project workshops with consultants and internal teams taking notes and supporting follow-up actions
- Assist in the implementation of brand guidelines across the different phases of the project from concept to operational preparation
- Support the project team in preparing presentations reports and coordination documents
- Help track project timelines key milestones and deliverables
- Support basic coordination between design operations and brand teams as needed
Qualifications :
Internship Opportunity
We are looking for university students currently enrolled in a Masters program in Business Finance Hospitality or a related field who are seeking a full-time internship or wishing to explore the Voluntary internship program (applicable for France only)
Start date is flexible in the next 3 months but we require a minimum commitment of 6 months.
Profile Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Hospitality or a related field.
Skills: Ability to work under pressure; strong analytical mindset; creativity; project management capabilities.
Software: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with F&B hospitality real estate and investment trends.
Languages: Fluent in English and French.
