ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for architectural works using PlanSwift.
- Analyze project drawings specifications and design documents to determine material and labor requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents bills of quantities and pricing submissions.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and advise on cost implications.
- Coordinate with project teams architects and engineers to ensure accurate pre-contract cost assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of quantities cost plans and estimation data.
- Support management in reviewing budgets cost plans and value engineering exercises.
- Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC construction standards contract requirements and client specifications.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil EngineerArchitecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of pre-contract Quantity Surveying experience in contracting companies specifically for architectural works.
- Strong experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift software is mandatory.
- Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience working on UAE/GCC projects.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
