We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to oversee construction supervision projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction management with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage construction supervision projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.

Construction Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of architects engineers and construction professionals fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.

Documentation: Prepare and review project documentation including reports drawings and specifications.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Additional Information :

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture Masters degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and construction management with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in project management software.

Certifications: Professional certification in architecture or construction management is highly desirable.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.
