We are identifying a senior brand and marketing leader to own group-level brand strategy and integrated marketing execution across a portfolio of businesses. This is a high-trust role with direct leadership exposure built for someone who can set direction align stakeholders and deliver measurable commercial impact at scale.
The Mandate:
- Lead group brand strategy aligned to business priorities. - Convert strategy into annual/multi-year plans KPIs and budgets. - Ensure consistent positioning identity and storytelling across channels and business lines. - Drive integrated campaigns across digital ATL partnerships content and experiential. - Own performance measurement ROI reporting and optimization. - Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen brand equity and customer experience. - Oversee brand governance creative standards collateral and activations. - Appoint and manage agencies and specialist partners. - Lead market research brand tracking and perception insights.
Requirements
- 810 years in senior brand/strategic marketing roles.
- Proven experience operating in complex multi-stakeholder environments (portfolio/group preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution discipline.
- Confident with budgets KPIs governance and senior leadership alignment.
