Tasks
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and translate them into effective DLI HR Works solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring customizing and implementing the DLI HR Works system to enhance functionality and performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the DLI HR Works software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the DLI HR Works system ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for DLI HR Works configurations processes and user guides to support ongoing client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Functional/Technical Consultant in HR software implementations.
- Proven ability to understand and translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to accountability and quality delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively challenge and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
