Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with Infor ERP system capabilities.
- Design configure and customize Infor ERP modules to meet the specific needs of the organization providing both technical and functional expertise.
- Develop and implement integration solutions between Infor ERP and other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient use of the Infor ERP system and troubleshoot any issues that arise during its operation.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize the performance and functionality of the Infor ERP system.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Infor ERP solutions with a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or similar and experience with ERP software customization and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
