- Project Manager - Wholesale Banking - Cash Management
Note - JD is for 5-10 yrs but client is ok if the experience is 10-15 yrs as well
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and within budget. This role requires strong leadership stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies.
Track project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
2. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Facilitate communication across internal teams clients and vendors.
Present regular project status updates and escalate issues when
needed.
3. Team Leadership
Lead crossfunctional project teams to deliver highquality outputs.
Assign tasks manage workloads and resolve team challenges.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
4. Budget & Resource Management
Prepare project budgets and track expenditure.
Optimize resource utilization to ensure costeffective project delivery.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
5. Quality Assurance
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
Conduct reviews audits and postproject evaluations.
Implement best practices and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business IT or related field.
510 years of experience in project management (depending on level).
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Jira Trello Asana etc.).
Key Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership team coordination and conflict resolution.
Time management and attention to detail.
Financial and risk management.
Preferred Certifications
