Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative Radio Creative and Integrations Manager to lead the development of engaging content and integrations that drive brand messaging and listener engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative production campaign creation integration and an understanding of radio programming.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and produce compelling creative content for radio programs commercials and brand integrations
Develop and execute strategic campaigns that integrate seamlessly with radio programming and audience preferences
Collaborate with the sales marketing and programming teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives
Coordinate with onair talent and production teams to implement integrated campaigns promotions and sponsorships
Manage endtoend of branded content ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
Track and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Stay updated on radio trends audience insights and competitor activities to maintain competitive edge
Work closely with PR Agencies clients and stakeholders to pitch and present creative concepts ideas and integration opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field
Proven experience in radio production advertising or media management
Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of storytelling branding and audience engagement
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Arabic is a must
Driving license is a must
Strong problemsolving skills and a collaborative approach to work
