We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Tagalog speaking Personal Butler to oversee the daytoday operations of the Chairmans private residence in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for delivering a seamless lifestyle experience by managing the home overseeing hospitality and guest relations and always ensuring the highest standards of service. The role requires flexibility initiative and absolute confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Personal Service & Hospitality
Greet and attend to Chairman and guests in a professional and polished manner
Coordinate formal service during meals and events including table settings and etiquette
Prepare beverages and refreshments to the highest standards
Assist with wardrobe and packing/unpacking as required
Household Management
Manage and ensure smooth functioning of household cooking for Chairman & partner 2 people)
Oversee cleanliness organization and maintenance of the residence
Liaise with vendors maintenance providers and service personnel
Maintain inventory of household supplies and personal items
Travel & Logistics
Coordinate travel plans with local PAs 3 regions)
Ensure vehicles are clean fuelled and ready for use at all times
Accompany Chairman for travel or errands if needed
Security & Discretion
Maintain confidentiality and always protect privacy
Ensure the safety and security of the principal and residence
Requirements
- Proven experience 3 years) as a butler or in a similar highlevel service role
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Exceptional knowledge of etiquette protocol and highend service standards
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Discreet trustworthy and professional demeanour
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
- UAE residing candidates are preferred
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
