Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
- Analyze sales performance regularly and provide insightful reports to senior management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and investors to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at real estate events and exhibitions to enhance market presence.
- Conduct negotiations with potential buyers, sellers, and landlords, from initial viewing to offer closure.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, conduct valuations, and maintain developer relationships.
Requirements & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proficient in time management and communication.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with local real estate market dynamics.
- Skilled in CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint for sales and reporting.
- Possession of a valid driving license and a car.
- Residing in Abu Dhabi.
- ADM license is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active ADM license.
