Actively generate and follow up on leads for residential and/or commercial properties.
Advise clients on property values market conditions prices and legal requirements in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
Negotiate sales and lease terms between buyers sellers landlords and tenants.
Prepare and manage all sales documentation and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners developers and clients.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends competitor activities and new project launches.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (areas developers pricing regulations).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
