ملخص الوظيفة
Study & review Invitation to Tender (ITT) technical specifications datasheets drawings and scope of work related to Electrical & Instrumentation systems.
Identify scope boundaries technical requirements and project risks associated with the E&I discipline.
Prepare technical clarifications and tender queries when required.
Develop detailed cost estimates including direct costs (materials labour construction equipment) and indirect costs.
Prepare unit rate build-ups and pricing analysis using historical cost data and productivity norms.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.
Maintain organized estimation records cost databases and tender documentation.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in electrical or electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
57 years of experience in tendering or cost estimation for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Experience working with major EPC contractors or international oil & gas projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation systems used in oil & gas facilities.
Ability to interpret:
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Electrical layouts
- Instrument datasheets and hook-ups
- Control system architecture diagrams
Familiar with international standards such as:
- IEC
- IEEE
- NFPA
- API
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools for estimation and data analysis.
