We are seeking a Merchant Testing Analyst with strong experience in card payments merchant transaction flows and payment systems testing. The role involves validating Debit Credit and Prepaid card transactions across multiple channels

The candidate will work closely with payment gateways switch providers and banking systems to ensure seamless transaction processing and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Testing Test Debit Credit and Prepaid card transactions across multiple payment channels. Validate transaction processing on: ATM Cash withdrawal balance inquiry mini statement. POS Purchase refund reversal pre-authorization. E-commerce Payment authorization 3D Secure authentication OTP validation. Payment Systems Validation Work with Card Management Systems (CMS) for card lifecycle authorization clearing and settlement merchant onboarding and transaction routing flows.

Perform end-to-end testing including: Functional Testing Integration Testing Regression Testing System Testing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Production validation and sanity & Compliance Testing

Log and track defects using tools such as JIRA / HP ALM / Quality root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for defect fixes through regression SupportAssist in production issue analysis and transaction failures and support hotfix deployments and emergency releases. Reporting & Documentation Prepare test cases test scenarios and test execution test data and test evidence documentation.

Strong understanding of Card Lifecycle:Card issuanceActivationPIN generationAuthorizationClearing & SettlementKnowledge of ISO 8583 messaging of Visa and Mastercard transaction with ATM and POS SQL knowledge for backend with API testing tools (Postman / SoapUI).Familiarity with payment gateways and switch of EMV chip transaction & Payments KnowledgeUnderstanding of chargeback and dispute management knowledge of fraud monitoring and risk in transaction reconciliation and settlement validation. Knowledge of scheme compliance and card network regulations.
