What youll be doing: 

  • Manage day-to-day analyst relations activities coordinating briefings data submissions and follow-ups for key industry reports and evaluations. 
  • Support the creation and maintenance of competitive materials including battle cards feature/function comparison sheets objection-handling guides and prospect-facing decks. 
  • Conduct ongoing competitor research to identify trends threats and opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Partner Management to ensure competitive insights are effectively used in customer-facing conversations and campaigns. 
  • Update and maintain internal knowledge hubs dashboards and reports to increase the visibility and adoption of competitive and market intelligence. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Strategy teams to ensure competitive insights inform product positioning roadmap prioritization and go-to-market messaging. 
  • Assist in developing and running internal enablement sessions to keep customer-facing teams up to date on competitive positioning. 

Qualifications :

What youll bring: 

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. 
  • 24 years of experience in a market or competitive intelligence role preferably within B2B software or SaaS. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data and trends into clear insights. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of conveying intelligence findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience supporting commercial or marketing teams with competitive materials or insights. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with market and competitive intelligence tools (e.g. Klue Crayon) CRM systems and presentation software is a plus.
