Senior Project Manager PMC MEP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - PMC MEP to join our organization in Dubai United Arab this pivotal role you will oversee the planning execution and completion of complex MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams manage stakeholder relationships and drive project success through strategic planning and decisive decision-making.

• Oversee all phases of MEP project delivery from pre-construction planning through final completion and handover
• Develop comprehensive project schedules budgets and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead and mentor project teams including engineers coordinators and site supervisors fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Manage stakeholder communications including clients consultants contractors and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate MEP systems design installation and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and applicable codes
• Monitor project costs manage change orders and implement cost control measures to maintain budget integrity
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work meets contractual requirements and industry standards
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships including procurement performance evaluation and contract administration
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports schedules and compliance records
• Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements for future initiatives

Qualifications :

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years specifically in MEP or construction project management
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including mechanical HVAC systems electrical distribution and plumbing infrastructure
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project Primavera P6 or equivalent tools
• Demonstrated experience in budget management cost estimation and financial forecasting
• Expertise in schedule development resource planning and critical path analysis
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop project teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience with contract management and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of construction documentation specifications and technical drawings
• Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes
• Understanding of health safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices
• Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
• Preferred: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital project management tools
• Preferred: Knowledge of UAE construction standards regulations and local building codes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
