Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone email and chat

  • Resolve account service and general support queries

  • Deliver professional & empathetic support

  • Meet quality productivity compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Danish German Portuguese or Dutch C2

  • English B2

  • Customer service experience advantageous

  • Willingness to relocate to Athens

Documentation Requirements:

  • EU citizenship

  • Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit

  • Certificate of Protection (for refugees)
