Role Summary
The Aluminum Fixer will handle onsite installation of aluminum windows doors frames glass units and façade elements. The role is critical in delivering high standards of installation quality precision and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsible Areas
Onsite Installation
- Fix aluminum doors windows frames and glass panels at project sites.
- Ensure proper alignment leveling and sealing during installation.
Site Measurements & Adjustments
- Take accurate site measurements when required.
- Make minor adjustments rectifications and onsite corrections.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards.
- Maintain proper handling of tools equipment and materials.
Coordination
- Collaborate with the factory team for timely delivery of materials.
- Support the supervisor with daily progress updates.
Core Competencies
- Excellent aluminum installation skills
- Ability to handle tools and site equipment safely
- Good understanding of sealing alignment & onsite finishing
- Problem solving in site constraints
- Team coordination and communication skills
Requirements
- 1-2 years hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication preferred
- Experience in aluminum installation preferred
- Practical hands-on expertise required
- No certifications needed
Work Location
- Umm Al Quwain (accommodation provided)
- Candidates may be from any location and must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
Benefits
Salary depends on experience level:
- Helper / Junior Level: AED 1200 accommodation
- Mid-Level (some experience): AED 1600 accommodation
- Senior / Highly Experienced: AED 2200 accommodation
- Overtime will be provided whenever required based on workload.
