Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate fitout shop drawings joinery details and as-built drawings for high-end interior projects particularly hotel interiors.
- Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to develop comprehensive technical drawings suitable for execution on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers site engineers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on site conditions consultant feedback and client requirements.
- Prepare layouts for ceilings partitions flooring wall finishes millwork and custom joinery items.
- Maintain a proper drawing revision log and ensure timely submission and documentation of all drawings.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant UAE standards project specifications and company quality procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degee or Diploma in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in joinery and fitout drafting in the UAE/GCC.
- Must have hands-on experience in high-end buildings or hotel projects preferred in the UAE/GCC.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent knowledge of shop drawing preparation for interior fitout works.
- Solid understanding of interior construction detailing finishes and joinery fabrication techniques.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with hotel interior standards and requirements is a plus.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
