Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer (Outside)
Position Objective
Gain a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the companys products and services.
Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
35 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of technical products and industrial solutions.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-facing and technical coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a complete understanding of all products and services offered by the company.
Work closely with the inside sales team to propose appropriate technical solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers through regular visits and communication.
Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes related to customer acquisition proposal development and contract submissions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on customer requirements.
Assist in preparing proposals quotations and technical documentation for sales activities.
Provide post-sales support ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
Authority
Identify potential customers and collaborate with internal teams to evaluate possibilities for product customization.
