Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure (network servers backup disaster recovery CCTV access control PA Avaya phones)
- Support educational technology digital learning platforms and classroom devices
- Lead IT support helpdesk and team management
- Implement and manage ERP Microsoft 365 Teams and Showbie environments
- Oversee software licensing cybersecurity and vendor contracts
- Prepare and manage IT budget and long-term IT strategy
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience preferably in a school environment
- Proven experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (implementation experience highly desirable)
- Experience managing networks firewalls cloud systems PA systems and Avaya telephone systems
- Knowledge of school systems (SIS/LMS) Microsoft 365 Teams and Showbie preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
