About EMCD
EMCD is a top-tier technology company at the forefront of the crypto industry. Best known as the largest mining pool in the world we are building a seamless all-in-one ecosystem for digital asset management - combining secure wallets high-yield savings (Coinhold) instant P2P exchange and enterprise-grade infrastructure tools.

We are looking for PR Special Projects & Marketing Partnership.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of PR special projects and partnership collaborations to increase brand awareness and promote company products.
Managing communications with media bloggers and partners.
Shaping the public image and engaging with target audiences.
Launching and managing ambassador programs; working with celebrities and partners.
Coordinating regional representatives opinion leaders and local communities.
Organizing special events hackathons grant programs offline meetups and tours.
Managing budgets timelines risks and collecting and analyzing results.
Maintaining communication with stakeholders and investors..

Requirements:

13 years of experience working with ambassadors ecosystems partners or celebrities.
Understanding of crypto community culture and behavioral patterns.
Ability to launch initiatives in the absence of established processes.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (community marketing product).

Challenges:

Difficulty in measuring ROI of initiatives (impact is often delayed).
Switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Constant need to adapt mechanics to market conditions and trends.
Competition among Web3 ecosystems for ambassadors and their attention.
