ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-quality BIM models using Revit for various large-scale architectural projects in the UAE.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural structural and MEP teams to ensure model coordination.
- Translate architectural concepts and sketches into accurate Revit models up to LOD 400.
- Review and implement project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Perform clash detection coordinate with consultants and contractors for issue resolution.
- Participate in project meetings provide technical input and support design development through BIM processes.
- Maintain model accuracy documentation and adherence to company and client BIM standards.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and detailed drawings.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM and architecture with proven UAE project experience.
- Previous experience working in a design consultancy environment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) AutoCAD and other BIM-related tools.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial mixed-use residential or institutional projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations codes and authority submission processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Must be available to join immediately or within 1-2 weeks.
