Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary: Depends upon Experience

Experience: 5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Manager to lead and supervise large-scale construction projects within the Construction or Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills technical expertise and a solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring compliance with design quality budget and schedule.
Lead project planning scheduling and resource allocation in collaboration with project teams.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Coordinate with architects engineers consultants subcontractors and government authorities for smooth execution.
Enforce strict adherence to safety environmental and regulatory standards on-site.
Manage procurement processes vendor negotiations and cost control measures.
Ensure timely submission of reports documentation and approvals from ADM or other regulatory bodies.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders clients and internal teams to address issues and maintain satisfaction.
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts drawings RFIs and change orders.
Mentor and guide site engineers supervisors and junior staff for optimum performance and compliance.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Postgraduate Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
PMP Certification (mandatory)
UAE Equivalency Certificate (preferred)
ADM Engineer s Card & Society of Engineers (SOE) Card (desirable)

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management capabilities
In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project life cycle
Excellent knowledge of construction codes quality standards and HSE regulations
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Primavera MS Project)
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication coordination and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
