- Ensure all treatments are performed according to brand standards and established protocols.
- Monitor therapist performance productivity and service quality.
- Conduct training coaching and performance evaluations for team members.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related concerns professionally.
- Assist in scheduling therapists based on business levels and treatment bookings.
- Ensure cleanliness hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Support inventory control and proper usage of spa products.
- Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Assist Spa Manager with daily reports and operational tasks when required.
Qualifications :
- Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a spa environment with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques facials and body treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
