Ontime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all aspects of carpentry with a focus on delivering high-quality work in our various construction and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:
- Construct install and repair structures and fixtures made from wood plywood and wallboard.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
- Measure cut and shape wood and other materials to create framework and structures.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to discuss project details and timelines.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework and fixtures as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure a clean workspace.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry.
- A valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
