Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with strong expertise in interior design and architectural design specifically for luxury villas modern villas and villa renovation projects.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Russian European and Ukrainian design styles and be capable of managing projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural and interior design for luxury and modern villas
Villa renovation planning and execution
Preparing design concepts layouts drawings and material selections
Managing overall project workflow and coordination
Conducting site visits and supervising work progress
Client handling presentations and coordination
Ensuring designs meet quality standards timelines and client expectations

Requirements:

Proven experience in villa design & interior designing
Strong knowledge of Russian European and Ukrainian architectural styles
Experience in modern luxury villa concepts
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently
Strong communication and client management skills
Knowledge of site execution and coordination
