Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with a strong civil engineering background and expertise in landscape modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM workflows for landscape hardscape softscape and water features
- Manage clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Revit and BIM 360
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific protocols
- Facilitate coordination meetings with architects engineers and contractors
- Ensure model accuracy compliance with standards and timely updates
- Train and support team members on BIM tools and processes
- Integrate BIM data with project scheduling and cost estimation tools (4D/5D)
- Prepare detailed drawings shop drawings and as-built documentation
Required Skills & Software
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks BIM 360 Revizto
- Strong understanding of landscape architecture
- Experience in clash detection coordination and model management
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Landscape Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience in civil or landscape projects

- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
