Job Title: Cost Estimator
Location: Dubai UAE
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join their team. Youll prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects analyzing materials labor and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates for projects
- Analyze project plans specs and documents
- Estimate costs for materials labor equipment and services
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. construction management engineering)
- 2 years of experience in cost estimation
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g. Procore PlanSwift)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
