Job Description

Supervise and lead the outbound team (pickers packers dispatchers) to meet daily shipment targets.
Monitor the workflow of order processing picking packing and dispatch.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues or delays.
Track performance metrics (accuracy productivity order cycle time) and report daily/weekly KPIs.
Conduct regular team briefings and shift handovers.
Ensure all outbound activities comply with safety quality and operational standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Train and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in logistics supply chain or a related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in outbound/logistics operations preferably in an e-commerce or fulfillment center environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle).
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends if required.
