We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily office operations while delivering excellent internal and external customer service. Your duties will include handling administrative tasks coordinating office activities and assisting management to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
To be successful as an Administrative Assistant you must be professional detail-oriented and capable of following company policies procedures and confidentiality standards.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Handle phone calls emails and correspondence
Maintain and update records files and databases
Prepare documents reports and basic presentations
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Ensure the office is organized and supplies are adequately stocked
Eligibility:
Candidates with prior experience and freshers are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
