In Due Diligence you will be responsible for conducting commercial and operational assessments of target companies including market sizing competitive positioning business model evaluation and synergy identification. You will work closely with private equity firms and corporate buyers during the deal lifecycle.
Qualifications :
Were looking for people who display:
- Excellent academic record (Bachelor Masters MBA PhD etc.)
- Relevant practical and international experience
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
