Job Description
Take the lead in one of Dubais most anticipated culinary openings bringing refined Mediterranean flavors to life in a luxurious setting. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Chef de Cuisine ready to shape a high-end dining experience rooted in Southern European heritage.

What will you do
Lead lunch and dinner kitchen operations in a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant
Develop and execute a modern Southern European menu with a focus on Italian Greek and French culinary traditions
Ensure flawless delivery of dishes with strong emphasis on quality presentation and consistency
Build and mentor a high-performing culinary team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Manage procurement kitchen budgets hygiene compliance and food safety protocols
Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
Uphold the standards of a premium dining venue in a dynamic upscale hospitality environment
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine in a luxury or standalone fine dining setting
Deep knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine especially Southern Italian Greek and French gastronomy
Demonstrated ability to design refined ingredient-driven menus that are both modern and rooted in tradition
Experience managing teams in fast-paced high-end restaurant environments
Previous exposure to the Middle East market is a strong advantage
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
