A large organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance through accurate planning analysis and strategic support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning and budgeting process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform in-depth financial analysis forecasting and reporting.
Provide insights to management on business performance risks and opportunities.
Support decision-making through scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (Master s degree or certifications such as CFA CPA CMA are a plus).
Minimum of 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years focused on FP&A.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience working in a multicultural environment.
