An established IT services company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives across the UAE market.
Identify develop and close new business opportunities within the UAE.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients decision makers and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Maintain accurate sales records pipelines and forecasts.
Represent the company at meetings networking events and industry forums.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience with at least 2 years in a management or senior business development role.
Proven background in business development sales or account management.
Experience or exposure to the IT industry is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
Currently based in the UAE.
