Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries from potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and contract negotiations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles preferably in the retail or bedding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to achieving results.
- Male / Female
- 20 to 28 years of age.
- Lebanese Egyptian or Indian national.
