What you will do:
- In your new role you will start with a familiarization phase with product and clinical training to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Understand the market positioning and competitive landscape.
- Responsible for the development of our annual medical education strategy in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Curriculum/program development and creation/delivery of educational content utilizing HCP input. Youll demonstrate technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs.
- Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with the medical education strategy.
- Drive collaboration with broader Medical Education Marketing Events Finance and other stakeholders.
- Lead the project management of medical education programs and manage internal/external resources that support an overarching strategic direction.
- Stay informed about industry trends clinical advancements and develop a network of key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive excellence in the Medical Education offering.
- Organize and deliver classroom/virtual courses workshops events etc. Understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through voice of customer (VOC) metrics surveys etc. to enable potential improvements.
What you need:
- Bachelors degree. MBA is a plus.
- 8 years of work experience including developing and executing (Medical) Education/Training strategies and programs in MedTech BioTech Pharmaceuticals or related industries.5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales Project Management or Events Management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects across multiple countries to ensure timely outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; fluency in spoken and written English.
- Sophisticated networking skills capable of developing strong relationships and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and collaborate with stakeholders from different markets and cultures.
- Proactive self-driven and able to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally.
- Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
