- Supervise and coordinate the performance of servers captains hosts and support staff
- Maintain consistent high standards of guest service including timely resolution of feedback and complaints
- Optimize table turnover and seating capacity by managing reservations walk-ins and guest flow
- Enforce strict adherence to staff grooming hygiene and uniform standards
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor POS system functionality billing accuracy and cash handling procedures
- Ensure full compliance with food safety health regulations and Qatar municipality requirements
- Support management with daily reporting duty roster planning and inventory coordination
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume casual or fine-casual dining environment
- Proven track record of managing FOH teams in fast-paced restaurant settings
- Prior experience working in Qatar or other GCC countries is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of FOH operations service protocols and guest experience management
- Strong leadership interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam is an advantage
- Kerala background preferred.
Required Skills:
Minimum 35 years of relevant experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor in a busy casual or fine-casual dining restaurant Prior work experience in Qatar or GCC countries is highly preferred Strong knowledge of FOH operations service standards and customer handling Good leadership communication and team-management skills Fluency in English Hindi and Malayalam are an advantage Kerala (Keralite) background preferred.
