Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG Product Management
Job Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for preparing and executing marketing and brand-building strategies to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets. The role involves conducting market research and analysis developing and implementing the marketing mix and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Target Achievement: Drive top-line and bottom-line growth through effective marketing planning support and execution.

Agency Management: Optimize the use of market research advertising and media agency resources.

Market Research & Analysis: Identify research needs evaluate proposals perform primary and secondary sales analysis track competition consumer trends media and profitability.

Marketing & Brand Strategy: Formulate short- and long-term strategies prepare incremental marketing plans and execute them effectively.

Marketing Mix Development: Implement all elements of the marketing mix in line with business plans including:

Communication strategy (advertising and messaging)

Promotional plans (consumer promotions trade promotions merchandising visibility initiatives)

Media planning

Packaging and pricing decisions

Product development initiatives
