As the first technical point of contact for incoming marketing-generated leads youll guide prospects through the solution discovery process qualify their needs and collaborate with external sales and marketing teams to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns the website webinars trade shows etc.
- Qualify leads by understanding their technical requirements project scope and decision timelines
- Provide technical insights and recommend suitable product or spare part solutions
- Prepare and send accurate proposals quotations and relevant documentation
- Collaborate with marketing on feedback loops and lead nurturing strategy
- Maintain all communications and sales activity in the CRM system (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
- Work closely with the outside sales team or channel partners for lead handoff
- Follow up consistently to progress leads through the sales funnel
- Analyze lead quality conversion performance and identify ABM (Account-Based Marketing) opportunities
