Responsibilities
Employee administration:
Update employee records in databases file HR documents online and assist with onboarding new hires.
Data and reporting:
Maintain HR files and help prepare reports or presentations.
HR projects and events:
Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement events training sessions or special HR initiatives.
Administrative support:
Respond to basic employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures and perform general office duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or have a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel with V-Lookup mandatory PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
