Global HR Manager

Location: UAE

6 months role to start immediately

Salary based on experience

This is a rare opportunity to shape and transform a global HR function in a creative fast-moving business.

Were looking for an experienced hands-on Global HR Manager whos comfortable operating with real autonomy. Someone who can bring structure clarity and confidence to how people operations work across a complex international workforce.

This is not a maintenance role. You wont inherit a polished HR machine. Youll design it embed it and own it.

A little about Soluis.

Our business is global distributed and contractor heavy. Were scaling operating across multiple jurisdictions and navigating increasing people and compliance complexity but our HR function needs stronger foundations to support that reality.

Were looking for someone who believes in structure without unnecessary red tape. Someone who knows that when people systems work properly great people do their best work and the business performs better as a result.

Youll be trusted to make judgement calls set direction and roll up your sleeves when it counts.
