Job Title: Head Baker

Location: Dubai UAE

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to lead the bakery team. As a Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing bakery operations managing staff and ensuring high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily bakery operations including bread pastry and dessert production.

- Ensure high standards of quality safety and hygiene.

- Lead motivate and develop a team of bakers and bakery staff.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Develop and implement new recipes and products.

- Maintain and update existing recipes.

- Manage inventory control costs and minimize waste.

- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers.

- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.

- Conduct regular quality checks.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Baking and Pastry Arts or a related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior baking role.

- Proven track record of leadership and baking expertise.

- Strong baking and pastry-making skills.

- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
