About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relations Manager to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients ensuring exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and the company ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the property buying or selling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries concerns and feedback ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with the sales marketing and operations teams to provide clients with a smooth and efficient service experience.
- Assist clients throughout their property journey from initial inquiry to closing and after-sales support.
- Organize and participate in client meetings property visits and follow-ups to build trust and rapport.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys property portfolio market trends and industry developments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records reports and communication logs using CRM software.
- Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Relations Manager Client Relationship Executive or similar role preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to multitask manage time effectively and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
