Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Channel Relations Manager to strengthen and expand our channel partner network. This role is central to driving revenue growth through strategic broker relationships structured training and consistent sales activation. The successful candidate will work closely with top-tier partners ensuring they are informed supported and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build manage and nurture strong relationships with high-volume channel partners including C-suite and top-management stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance brokers product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Analyse sales trends partner performance and pipeline data to identify opportunities for growth and process optimisation.
  • Provide accurate channel sales forecasts performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous engagement with partners through strategic initiatives events and consistent follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to guide channel strategy.
  • Resolve partner concerns and operational issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned targets including daily meeting KPIs and annual channel sales goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and share constructive feedback to support partner improvement and success.
  • Travel regularly and work flexibly including weekends based on business and partner needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (completed).
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence (must have).
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in any industry.
  • Experience dealing with C-suite and senior-level channel partners.
  • Proven background managing high-volume accounts or large partner portfolios.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel frequently; must demonstrate a strong work ethic with no clock-in/clock-out mentality.
Preferred Skills
  • Fluency in Chinese Turkish European languages Arabic or possession of Canadian/US travel documentation is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
