Inspector civil

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Inspector to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Inspector you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our infrastructure and road projects.

• Review and familiarize yourself with project contract documents detailed drawings specifications and health and safety measures
• Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure contractor compliance with project standards and specifications
• Perform quality control checks and implement quality assurance procedures on-site
• Carry out site measurements and surveying checks for pipe alignments and levels
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports on work orders material deliveries and inspection programs
• Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with the project team including the Resident Engineer and Assistant Resident Engineer to resolve site issues promptly
• Assist in the preparation of project correspondence in compliance with contract documents and site requirements
• Oversee the start-up commissioning and handover of site works maintaining records of project milestones
• Conduct audits to ensure conformity with contract documents and contractor-submitted plans
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders during site inspections

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar infrastructure and road projects with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices building codes and regulations in the UAE
• Strong familiarity with contract documents detailed drawings and project specifications
• Proficiency in conducting site inspections quality control and quality assurance procedures
• Excellent skills in site measurements and surveying checks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Outstanding report writing and communication skills
• RTA Approval (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
