ملخص الوظيفة
The role involves working on projects associated with stormwater & drainage flood alleviation wastewater networks and water distribution networks. This will involve undertaking investigations pipelines valves Rising main construction supervision & monitoring of design and infrastructure work.
Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Interacting with clients and contractor staff to determine and verify project requirements.
- Interacting with contractor sub-contractor and laboratory & monitoring construction work on daily basis.
- Control the site inspection and testing and maintaining inspection reports and site test records.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions specifications and reports and cost estimates.
- Review and approve Design document and construction plan and procedure.
- Performing civil and structural tests.
- Providing general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions specifications and reports and cost estimates.
- Identifying non-conforming works generating reports and corrective actions and coordinating responses.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Internal and external client DM Infrastructure liaison.
- Experience in utility diversions and management.
