The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. It requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail discretion and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with research and presentations as requested by the CEO.
- Participate in innovative projects and take initiatives in suggesting new ideas based on need.
- Help manage the CEOs schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professional relationships and handling requests or inquiries.
- Draft and edit correspondence memos and other documents on behalf of the CEO when needed.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on behalf of the CEO keeping them informed of relevant information or updates.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in a similar administrative and/or analytical role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
