- Oversee all day-to-day spa operations ensuring efficiency service excellence and brand alignment
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and positioning of the spa
- Establish and enforce departmental and facility policies and procedures
- Ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures and company values
Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit train motivate and develop a high-performing Spa team
- Lead performance management engagement and ongoing professional development of all colleagues
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the spas annual operating and capital budgets
- Oversee fiscal analysis cost control and productivity reporting
- Generate and present monthly productivity and performance reports
- Review and manage inventory payroll service charges and vendor contracts
Guest Experience & Wellness Programming
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and prioritizing health and safety
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative wellness programs
- Promote all spa and hotel packages and promotions to enhance guest value and revenue
Sales Marketing & Business Development
- Lead the implementation of the spa marketing strategy and 12-month plan
- Identify and pursue new business marketing and promotional opportunities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and partners
- Represent the spa in internal and external meetings including with group planners and key stakeholders
Administrative & Compliance
- Establish robust administrative systems and operational controls
- Ensure adherence to all health safety and environmental practices
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role within a high-volume spa environment
- Background in the hospitality industry preferably within a luxury property
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive growth and operational success
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
